Not the product. Not the market. The person, and what is actually happening in their mind and their emotions when they choose, trust, or walk away.

Alongside it, I offer private research for brands and founders who need to understand a question before they act on it, not a report to file away. I also work directly with brand and agency teams, as a strategist, on specific projects.
